All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and are valid in the Republic of Ireland only. Prices are exclusive of VAT at the current applicable rates and exclusive of delivery charges, which will be confirmed when you select your shipping method at checkout. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. All transactions are processed securely using SSL 128-bit encryption. Your credit or debit card details are not stored by O'Connor Roofing Supplies Ltd on our servers and are passed directly to our payment processor for secure processing. We will endeavour to deliver your order within 3 to 5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be treated as having been placed on the following Monday. All goods are physically checked by our team prior to dispatch. We are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays or weekends. At present, we are unable to accept orders for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland or to offshore islands surrounding the Irish coast. While we will make every effort to meet delivery estimates, we cannot guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe and will not accept liability for delays outside our control. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery, acknowledged by a valid signature from a person aged 18 or over at the delivery address.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns and Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. We accept returns of standard stock items in their original, unused condition and original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Cut-to-length, custom-cut, or special-order materials cannot be returned as they are manufactured to your specification. You will only be refunded your original delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error, for example a faulty or incorrectly dispatched product. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned goods. Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are not affected. If you are returning a faulty item under warranty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances. Each case will be assessed individually.
