Accessories Required
01. Storm Washers
Used for crown-fixing of box profile and corrugated single skin sheets. Produced in aluminium with EPDM sealing to provide a more stable roof covering with better load distribution and improved wind uplift resistance. Available in colours to match your sheeting.
02. Fixing Screws
We stock screws suitable for fixing to timber, light steel, and heavy steel. Our polycarbonate sheets sit just as well on steel as they do on timber - whatever your structure type. All standard sizes available, with colour-matched options.
03. Profile Fillers
Used as bird stoppers, sitting on top of the sheet underneath a flashing. Profile fillers also prevent wind from driving rain back up the sheets on a wild day. Available for both corrugated and box profile polycarbonate sheets.
04. Colour-Matched Flashings
We design and manufacture flashings to fit your specific pergola project - fitting over the side of the first and last sheet and down the side. This gives your finished project a professional look and protects sheets from becoming loose in strong prevailing winds. Available in many colours.
05. Sealants & Tapes
We stock a range of sealants and closure tapes to ensure a watertight, weatherproof installation. Including butyl tape and Soudal Fixall Crystal clear sealant - ideal for use with polycarbonate sheeting around frames and junctions.
06. Stainless Steel Washers
CLW Clickloc stainless steel washers and associated Clickloc fixings for use with multiwall polycarbonate systems. Designed for longevity and corrosion resistance in outdoor exposed environments.

Profile Fillers Explained
Profile fillers are used as bird stoppers - they sit on top of the sheet underneath your flashing. They also serve the practical purpose of preventing wind from driving rain back up the sheets on exposed or windy days.

Profile fillers are only required if you are fitting flashings around your pergola sheeting. We stock profile fillers for both corrugated and box profile polycarbonate sheets. Contact us and we will advise on the correct filler for your specific profile.
