Products & Specifications
Do you cut materials to length?
Yes — we specialise in a cut-to-measure service. All sheeting, insulated panels, purlins, and flashings are cut to your exact required length before dispatch. Simply provide your measurements when requesting a quote.
What thickness options are available for Kingspan insulated panels?
We stock Kingspan QuadCore insulated panels in core depths of 40mm, 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 100mm, 115mm, 120mm, 137mm and 150mm. All panels are available cut to your required length up to 12 metres.
What colours are available for roof sheeting?
We offer a wide range of colours including Slate Grey, Juniper Green, Van Dyke Brown, Merlin Grey, Anthracite, Goosewing Grey, Olive Green, Black, Poppy Red, Terracotta, and more. Colour availability varies by product — contact us to confirm availability for your specific sheeting type.
What is the difference between box profile and corrugated sheeting?
Corrugated sheeting has a traditional rounded wave profile and is most commonly used for agricultural and farm buildings. Box profile sheeting has a more angular, trapezoidal profile which gives it greater rigidity and is suited to both agricultural and commercial applications. Both are available in a range of gauges and colours.
Do you stock Kingspan panels for same-day collection?
We hold stock of popular Kingspan panel sizes at our Dundalk yard. Availability varies, so we recommend calling ahead on 042 937 6314 to confirm what is in stock before making the journey.
What is non-drip or anti-condensation sheeting?
Non-drip sheeting — also known as anti-condensation sheeting — has a special lining on the underside that absorbs moisture and prevents condensation from dripping inside buildings. It is ideal for livestock sheds, farm buildings, and any agricultural structure where condensation is a concern.
Do you supply polycarbonate sheeting for pergolas and canopies?
Yes. We supply a full range of polycarbonate roofing for pergolas, canopies and outdoor rooms including our Clickloc Multiwall 16mm system and RGlaze by Brett Martin. These are available in clear and opal finishes and can be cut to your required size.

Grant Approved Sheeting
What is TAMS II grant approved sheeting?
TAMS II — the Targeted Agricultural Modernisation Scheme — is a Department of Agriculture grant scheme that helps Irish farmers fund agricultural improvements including roofing. O'Connor Roofing stocks fully approved corrugated and box profile sheeting that qualifies under TAMS II, allowing eligible farmers to claim back a significant portion of the roofing cost.
Which products are eligible for the TAMS II grant?
Our corrugated and box profile sheeting in Slate Grey and Juniper Green at 0.6mm gauge are approved under the TAMS II scheme. If you are unsure whether a specific product qualifies, contact our team on 042 937 6314 and we will advise you.
How do I apply for the TAMS II grant?
Applications for TAMS II are made through the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. We recommend speaking to your agricultural advisor or Teagasc adviser to guide you through the application process. Once approved, you can order your grant-eligible materials directly from us.
Can I claim the grant if I am doing the roofing work myself?
This depends on the specific terms of your TAMS II approval. We recommend confirming this with your agricultural adviser or the Department of Agriculture before proceeding. Our team can confirm which materials are approved and provide the documentation you may need for your grant application.
