O'Connor Roofing Supplies Ltd wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order receipt is required for all returns.

Damages and Incorrect Items

Do not attempt to use or install damaged or incorrect items before contacting us, as this may affect your eligibility for a return or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Cut-to-length materials — any sheeting, panels, purlins, flashings, or guttering that has been cut to a custom length specified by you cannot be returned, as these are made to order
- Custom or special-order products — items ordered specifically to your requirements or not part of our standard stock range
- Used or installed materials — any product that has been installed, fixed, cut on site, or otherwise used
- Sale or clearance items — items purchased as part of a sale, clearance, or special offer

Exchanges
If you have received the wrong product or wish to exchange an item, contact us at info@oconnorroofing.ie in the first instance. The fastest way to resolve this is to return the original item (once authorised) and place a new order for the correct product. Our team will guide you through this process.
European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer rights law. This right applies to standard stock items only and does not apply to custom-cut or special-order materials, which are exempt under EU law as goods made to the consumer's specifications.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your return has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund to your account.
