The Tile Look Without the Tile Cost

Tile Effect Sheeting is an excellent roof solution for new builds and for blending new builds with older existing structures. Roof Tile Effect Cladding is used on conservatories, house and house extensions, sheds, garages and is a lightweight alternative to traditional roof tiles. It has many advantages - lightweight, fast and simple to fit, durable, attractive and long lasting.

Tile Effect Sheeting is available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm gauge and in Single Skin Sheeting only. The sheets are cut to size and have a PVC coated steel finish. It can be supplied with or without a non-drip application, which is applied to the underside of the sheet.

Tile Effect Sheeting can be used on new builds but also blends nicely into older projects. It can be installed over existing roof structures, providing a new weatherproof finish without looking industrial - maintaining the appearance of a traditional tiled roof.

Please note: Roof Tile Effect is non-insulated and is not available in insulated panels. For insulated roofing solutions please see our Kingspan Insulated Panels range.

Choose the Right
Gauge for Your Project

All sheets are available cut to your required length. Contact us with your measurements and we will quote for the exact quantity you need - no waste, no guesswork.

All colours available in both gauges. The 0.7mm gauge provides additional rigidity and is recommended for longer spans or more exposed locations.

Non-Drip Option: Available on request for both gauges. The non-drip application is applied to the underside of the sheet and helps prevent condensation dripping inside the building.

0.5mm Standard Gauge

Ideal for most domestic applications including house extensions, sheds, garages and conservatories. Lightweight and easy to handle.

0.7mm Heavy Gauge

Recommended for longer spans, more exposed sites, or where additional strength and rigidity is required. More durable underfoot during installation.

Optional Feature

Non-Drip Application

Tile Effect Sheeting can be supplied with or without a non-drip application. When specified, this is applied to the underside of the sheet during manufacture.

The non-drip coating absorbs surface condensation and prevents it from dripping inside the building - particularly useful in unheated structures such as sheds, garages, and agricultural outbuildings where temperature differences between inside and outside can cause condensation on the underside of the roof.
