QuadCore KS1000RW Roof Panel
QuadCore KS1000RW Roof Panel is a through-fix profiled insulated roof panel, which can be used for building applications with roof pitches of 4° or more after deflection. The panel is available in a width of 1000 mm. Thanks to the prefabricated nature of the insulated panels, they are quicker to install than traditional roof structures, making the roof instantly wind and water-tight and significantly reducing construction risks.

Optional factory-applied side lap seals
The sheeting is available in various colours and we order the sheeting to the exact size with your exact cut back to reduce waste and installation time on site. The Kingspan rooflights to suit these insulated panels are universally 25mm. They are sold with a spacer to suit the different thicknesses of panels.

The KS1000 RW is a through-fix trapezoidal profiled insulated roof panel which can be used for building applications with roof pitches of 4° or more after deflection. Panels can be cut to your required length and are available in various colours. Core thicknesses are 40mm / 53mm / 60mm / 73mm / 80mm / 91mm /100mm / 115mm / 120mm / 137mm / 150mm.
The QuadCore KS1000RW Wall Panel is a through-fix insulated wall panel. Available in 1000mm width and in lengths of up to 29m, allowing for fast and cost-effective installation in both vertical and horizontal applications.
